TAU SAR PIAH

Got this recipe from the blog of a person by the name of Edith.


However, i found the amount of oil stated in the orginal recipe is too much thou. Therefore, i reduce it on my own. End result is really tasty. Look simple, but actually not. It takes me half a day to complete this. From soaking the green beans to baking the Tau Sar Piah.


Viola! Yummy yummy, never expect myself to be able to produce such good snack - mmm............ as good as the famous Penang Tau Sar Piah.....
